Following tonal iterations, a special edition Coca-Cola adidas Climacool 1 is now making its way towards select retailers nationwide.
Similar to its limited edition counterpart for the 2002 FIFA World Cup with a predominantly red upper, the golden accents for this 2016 version are only applied on the inner lining and tongue tab, while the original design displayed the detail on its three-stripe motif as well.
Essentially defined by its breathable mesh upper which allows air circulation throughout its upper, innersole and outsole, the low-top runner is detailed with the iconic carbonated soft drink company’s logo on the heel tab and insoles. Additionally, the branded insoles showcase a soccer ball motif which further correlates this updated model as a homage to its original 2002 release.
Finished off with matching laces and black accents on the outsole, you can purchase this standout pair at select adidas stockists now for $120 while supplies last.

Author’s Take
I wasn’t aware of this limited edition model back then, basically because I wasn’t into runners before. This offering is solid and really should garner a lot of attention.
