Even more imagery of the highly-anticipated 2016 edition of the Air Jordan 11 Space Jam continue to be revealed, as we’re about six months away from its official debut.
This time emphasizing the sneaker’s build against a natural backdrop, the basketball sneaker essentially stays true to its OG makeup that MJ first wore during the 1995 NBA Playoffs. Tonal black covers its breathable mesh upper and smooth leather accents on the rear, in addition to the higher cut patent leather overlay that encompasses the upper.
Other standout OG details include the classic Concord Jumpman across its heels, the number “45” stitched on the back heel and the classic “Nike Air” branded insoles in contrasting white, as it all rests atop a white midsole unit and icy translucent outsole.
Listed for a retail price of $220, you can buy the standout pair at select JB and Nike retailers on Saturday, December 17.

Author’s Take
I’m not that big fan of the higher placement of the patent leather overlay, but this one of my favorite sneakers ever. I’m just glad it’s being released again and hopefully in lots of quantities.
