Scheduled to make its arrival next week, new images of this latest take on the iconic Air Jordan 1 High are provided once again.

As its moniker suggests, this particular colorway is inspired by MJ’s vibrant outfit as a guest appearance at the late night talk show with David Letterman during 1986.

Essentially dressed in bright crimson throughout its premium leather profile, the vibrant hue is offset by accents of midnight navy gracing the tongue, laces, inner lining and outsole. It can also be seen on prominently on the Swoosh, collar section and iconic wings logo on the ankle, although these components bear a polished finish as well.

All resting atop a crisp white midsole unit, the sneaker will retail for $160 and the set to arrive at select JB accounts on April 30th.

The silhouette is a clear classic so it’s something I’ll never get tired off. I wasn’t into the colorway at first, but these latest images and the 4K video is making me re-think my decision.
