Back in September, Bodega and Asics released their “Small Wins” edition of the GEL-Kayano 20. Now, as a last-minute holiday gift, they are making the Friend & Family edition of the shoe available globally, but in limited supply.
Bodega’s collaborations are always at the top of our watchlist, thanks to their excellent eye for design and solid storytelling behind each release. This Fall, they teamed up with Asics to release a pair of the GEL-Kayano 20 that celebrated all the small wins in your life. Now, after a few months of sitting on their Friends & Family edition of the shoe, they are releasing them to the public in limited supply.
While Bodega’s special projects are always something to keep an eye on, their F&F edition releases go above and beyond for collaborations, often offering additional accessories for no extra cost. For their F&F edition GK20, they are celebrating a true grindset attitude with the addition of a custom branded Stanley coffee mug, and a small bag of coffee beans from Brooklyn, New York’s Nguyen Coffee Supply.

Bodega’s release of their Friends & Family edition Asics GEL-Kayano 20 has been scheduled to release this week, on December 27th, 2024. Packed with a custom Stanley mug and coffee beans, pairs will be available exclusively through the retailer’s website in limited supply for $180.
