Caitlin Clark Debuts Her Cookie Monster Nike Kobe 6 PE

Caitlin Clark has become one of the new ambassadors for Nike’s Kobe line, while the Swoosh works on her signature shoe. This week, she stepped onto the court wearing a new “Cookie Monster” edition of the Kobe 6 Protro.

Just days after being drafted number 1 in the 2024 WNBA draft by the Indiana Fever, Nike announced that they had signed a deal with Caitlin Clark. Having previously worked with Nike during her time at Iowa, where she was a standout in the NCAA tournament, Clark’s deal was another in a long line of premier Nike partnerships in the WNBA. Sabrina Ionescu and A’ja Wilson led the way with their signature sneaker deals, with Clark set to join their ranks soon. In the meantime, she has been rocking a ton of special-edition Kobes so far this season.

Nike has been following a pattern with their PE styles for Caitlin Clark. She debuts a new model on court, and about a month or two later we get news that her special-edition styles will be releasing to the public. Her Kobe 5 “Fever” pair just released last month, and an “Armory Blue” Kobe 6 is now set to arrive this holiday season. This week, she debuted another Kobe 6 PE, dressed in a Cookie Monster inspired look. The shoe comes doused in his iconic blue shade, with darkened Swooshes and furry laces as added details. The tongues mimic the look of a chocolate chip cookie, using a flat gold tone with brown Kobe logos.

There is currently no information regarding a public release of the Cookie Monster-inspired Kobe 6 PE for Caitlin Clark, but given Nike’s pattern of her past exclusives, we could see this pair arrive before the end of the year. If this is the case, the shoe would likely be available from both Nike and select retailers for $190.
