A new colorway Penny Hardaway’s signature sneaker has surfaced. Arriving this holiday season, here are official images of the Nike Air Max Penny 1 in the all-new Stadium Green colorway.
Done in a Stadium Green, Metallic Gold, White, Mystic Green, and Blue Lightning color scheme, this Nike Air Max Penny 1 features a Green nubuck upper paired up with matching colored mesh tongues and inner lining. Design details include the signature oversized Pylon “wing” midsole done in White housing a Metallic Gold Swoosh on the lateral. Elsewhere you will find an Air Max unit in the heel region, the 1 Cent logo on the the heels, and a Blue Swoosh lies on the outsole.
Retailing for $180, look for the Nike Air Max Penny 1 Stadium Green to arrive sometime during the holiday season at select retailers and Nike.com. Stay tuned for an official release date. ABOUT THE MODEL: The Nike Air Max Penny 1 was Penny Hardaway’s first signature sneaker with Nike when it made its debut back in 1995. The sneaker was designed by Eric Avar and was also known as the first shoe to release as part of Nike’s new Uptempo line. The Uptempo line was a new basketball category that was made for Penny’s positionless style of play.
