Dan Gilbert has just received one of the greatest custom sneakers of all-time with this Nike Air Zoom Generation that was created by sneaker customizers El Cappy and JBF Customs.
As you may or may not know already, Dan Gilbert is the owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers and he also just launched the StockX sneaker resale site. Gilbert is from Detroit and has business in both Cleveland (Cavaliers) and Detroit (StockX) so this custom Air Zoom Generation ties together the bind that he has for both cities. The shoe that represents Detroit was done by El Cappy and features logos of Gilbert’s businesses that are headquartered in the Motor City including Quicken Loans, Bedrock, FatHead, and StockX. The Cleveland shoe was designed by JBF Customs and comes with materials sourced from an official NBA game ball, pieces of a Cleveland Cavaliers uniform, and gold accents that symbolize the Cavaliers quest of winning an NBA title.
Take a look at the detailed images above and let us know which shoe you like better, Detroit or Cleveland?
