Dawn Staley Reveals Nike A’One “Black Label” PE

It’s been just over a week since Nike Basketball unveiled A’ja Wilson’s first signature shoe — the Nike A’One. As hoopers and sneakerheads await the arrival of the shoe in May, a special “Black Label” PE has just been unveiled by none other than Dawn Staley — the revered coach of the South Carolina Gamecocks women’s basketball program, the team that Wilson played for throughout all four years of her collegiate career.

This PE serves as the tenth shoe within Nike Basketball’s “Black Label” collection for 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend, however, it is the only one that is not expected to be made available to the public. Presented in special all-black packaging, the sneaker sports a black color scheme with off-white Swoosh outlines, a pink version of Wilson’s logo at the tongue and iridescent detailing at the midsole frame. A special “Black Label” tag is present on the left shoe while the right shoe sports a special “A’One of 1” callout beneath its lateral Swoosh. From there, black ribbon laces and tonal branding spread throughout the lining round out this premium rendition of the sneaker.

Based on the “A’One of 1” tag present on the shoe, it is unlikely that this “Black Label” colorway of the Nike A’One will ever hit retail shelves. However, stay tuned for updates regarding the exciting new signature shoe as it is set to debut this May via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $110 USD.
