Of course Drake popped up for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals between his hometown Raptors and the Cavs. Now that the Raptors have shown some signs of life during Game 3’s blowout win, it was only a matter of time before Drizzy got back on the bandwagon. Of course, the real reason why Drake wasn’t around for Game 3 was due to prior commitments, but it makes for a more fun story if he didn’t bother showing up because he was afraid of witnessing a beatdown of his Raptors.
Thankfully the Raptors were better than that and the rest of the world – yours truly included – had to basically apologize for not taking them seriously. I still think the Cavs will ultimately take the series and get killed by the Thunder or Warriors but Toronto is no slouch now.
Last night’s kicks saw plenty of repeats and DeMar DeRozan once again did the double dip with the Nike Black Mamba Pack, but this time he did so with the Nike Kobe 3 and Nike Kobe 5.
