New Balance is easing into the Fall season with new styles for some of their most popular models, like the 1000 runner. This week, a new “Rain Cloud” pack surfaced for an October release, dressing the shoe in moody neutral tones.
The 1000 model from New Balance’s turn-of-the-century catalog is back this year, and already has a wide range of interesting colorways to offer. Just this month, the Boston brand finished out the Summer with three new colorful styles like their pink and green pairs, and already we have a first look this week at a new “Rain Cloud” pack coming in October.
The rain cloud theme is nothing fresh for New Balance, but their way with neutral tones, specifically grey shades, make them a powerhouse in their field. This week, we are looking at the upcoming “Rain Cloud” series of the 1000, which casts the shoe in three new colors for the Fall. All three pairs are monotone, in either white, grey, or black, but use the subtle differences in their materials to create a more layered color palette.

New Balance’s latest pairs of the 1000, for the three-piece “Rain Cloud” pack, has been scheduled to release next month, on October 7th, 2024. Coming in white, grey, or black color schemes, pairs will be available from New Balance and retailers like JD Sports and Finishline for $150.
