What some may not know, the Air Max 90 is celebrating its 35th Anniversary. Nike Sportswear hasn’t officially announced the celebration, but we are seeing more color options, including pairs with a premium makeover. Arriving at retailers in February 2025, we have the “Black Carbon Fiber” Air Max 90.
This Nike Air Max 90 features a Black, Cool Grey, Bright Crimson, and Photon Dust color scheme. The highlight of this pair is the carbon fiber textile across the mudguard, toe box, ankle, and tongues. In addition, Grey nubuck appears on the overlays with suede Swooshes in Photon dust. Allowing this pair to pop, we have Bright Crimson on the bottom eyelet, Nike tongue branding, Air Max plate, around the Air Max unit, liner, and heel.
