Nike’s Air Max Sunder retro has become a full-fledged member of the brand’s current catalog. This Summer, a new lineup of color schemes will hit shelves, including a flashy “White Metallic” pair, coming soon.
Nike is clearly preparing for a big year for their recent Air Max Sunder retro, with more colors filling out their release lineup on a weekly basis. After the initial rollout in classic neons, followed by a Gore-Tex pack, the Swoosh is filling up their arsenal with a wide range of colors for the older runner, including some Y2K era looks.
This week, a “White Metallic” edition of the Sunder has joined the Swoosh’s Summer 2025 release schedule. The pair features a sheer white shade for its neoprene outer shell, paired with a metallic silver finish for the wrap-around mudguard, and white 3M reflective panels for the signature air holes placed throughout. Black accents are added to the shoe’s outsoles, inner linings, hardware, and pull tabs to even out the color palette.
