Nike’s Air Pegasus Wave is a more durable and protective take on the Nike Air Pegasus 2K5, the premium performance sneaker crafted with shielding padding as well as a TPU cage and a rope lacing system. After surfacing in a striking “Light Lemon Twist” earlier this month, the sneaker has now landed in a sleek, all-purple “Dark Raisin” colorway, which is slated to drop in just 10 days.
A myriad of light and dark shades of purple define the mixed-material upper, with an even lighter, more gray-hued shade dubbed “Cement Grey” as the accent color. The sneaker’s midsole underfoot also lands in “Cement Grey” as well – as does the Swoosh stamped on the vented quarter. A dark purple outsole finishes off the silhouette.
