Holiday-themed sneakers are a staple of the seasonal release calendar from major footwear brands. With the seasonal change done and April coming soon, Nike’s new “Easter” edition of the Air Force 1 has surfaced, coming soon.
Spring sneakers are ramping up this week as brands prepare their brighter colors that are better suited for warmer, sunnier weather. Easter is usually the kickoff of this change in color and style, as the holiday’s bright, pastel color palette lends itself well to the seasonal change. Many brands likely have new releases on the horizon for the occasion, but Nike appears to be the first out of the gate with their latest holiday release.
Nike’s latest in their long history of Easter releases brings the Air Force 1 back for another pastel color-based palette. Shown off in editorial images by Sneaker Politics, the stylish new look features a sesame brown color for the shoe’s fore and mid-foot sections, as well as the midsole. The heel sections and Swooshes add all of the color, with shades of orange, blue, purple, yellow, and green all making appearances.
