For their second collaboration, NN.07 has reunited with heritage footwear manufacturer Sebago to give an elevated update to its classic Docksides Portland boat shoe. Inspired by the coastal style of Portland, Maine, and the city’s boating heritage, the vintage boat shoe is injected with NN.07’s Scandinavian elegance.
The reimagined model boasts clean white leather uppers, embossed with a subtle crocodile texture, all while maintaining the functional design features Sebago is known for. Made of premium cow leather, the uppers boast a water-resistant finish for moisture protection, while anti-slip rubber soles facilitate a strong grip on slippery surfaces. For a largely monochrome sensibility, the rubber soles are cast in the same soft cream hue of the body and embossed with a Docksides callout. The hand-sewn shoes also feature a traditional rawhide lacing system and a small touch of bright blue provided by woven wordmark labels on the lateral panel.
NN.07 and Sebago’s latest collaboration follows the brand’s Scandinavian leather variant of the Sebago Dan Loafer from 2024. Like the Docksides, the hand-sewn shoes were crafted with a water-repellent finish and premium materials. The menswear label has also collaborated with Fracap on boot styles, including an Italian-made M120 in eye-catching Italian pony hair leather.
