Off-White™️’s “BE RIGHT BACK” Sneaker Pays Homage to Public Transit

Off-White™️ launches “BE RIGHT BACK” sneaker as a follow-up to Virgil Abloh’s 2020 “OUT OF OFFICE” shoe. According to the brand, the 1990s-inspired sneaker draws performance running and Japanese design principles, while offering a fresh take on the Off-White™’s iconic arrow emblem.

A low-top silhouette intersperses mesh paneling and rubberized leather details for a colorful effect. The arrows cross over one another, accentuating its sporty flair with a small zip tie attached to the laces.

Each of the four colorways pays homage to a different global city: New York, Milan, Paris and Miami. New York is white and blue, a nod to the city’s public buses and the sneakers as a mode of transportation in themselves. Milan, similarly, borrows the colors of the classic Milanese trams with beige and yellow shades.

A tribute to the neo-baroque pools of Miami, the city’s sneaker arrives in playful pink and blue pastel shades. To round it off, Paris comes in the gray and dark teal colors of its buses.

All four colorways of Off-White™️’s “BE RIGHT BACK” sneaker are available now in retail stores and online.
