The Nike Air Zoom Spiridon is considered a classic Nike runner, but the “classic” aspect of the shoe may soon change as Nike plans on giving the shoe a brand new look and makeover by utilizing a Flyknit construction. Today we take out first look at what is currntly being called the Nike Flyknit Zoom Spiridon.
We recently came across the images you see above. If you take close look at the shoe you will notice that it comes with the same sole used on the Spiridon, which makes us believe that this some type of modern/revamped version of the aforementioned model. The upper comes constructed out of a Flyknit material, but the odd part about it as that it does not resemble the Spiridon at all. Features on the shoe include a Swoosh on the forefoot, the sock-like collar and assymetrical lacing system. No word yet on the price or release, but as soon as the info is provided we will be sure to let you know.

Author’s Take
It looks better than the OG Spiridon, but then again, it looks nothing like it. It’s probably going to end up being a brand new model that only borrows the sole.
