Ronnie Fieg and ASICS just teamed up to commemorate the opening of KITH Seoul, crafting a special take on the GEL-LYTE III that pays homage to the city. The two have worked closely for many years now, presenting a wide variety of unique footwear for collectors to embrace. Just weeks after their most recent launch, Fieg has already teased what’s next from the duo — the revival of the GEL-KAYANO 12.
In our brief, single-image preview of the sneaker, a fair amount of detail is delivered. The sneaker begins with a white mesh base that is joined by cracked leather overlays in a bright silver. The shoe’s stripes look to sport a lighter hue whereas the heel overlay seems to don a darker chrome-like finish. In addition to the kicks themselves, Fieg’s Instagram post teaser has revealed a co-branded shoe box.
At the time of writing, neither ASICS nor Ronnie Fieg have shared any release details regarding this upcoming team-up on the GEL-KAYANO 12.
