We’re back with the latest bi-weekly installment of Save Your Money. If you’re not familiar with Save Your Money, let me break it down for you real quick. Collecting/Buying sneakers can get expensive. It’s not out of the norm to see shoes priced or resold at $200 or above. If you’re not careful, you can end up spending more money on sneakers in a month than you d for your rent. Our main objective at Save Your Money is to create a list of some of the best sneakers that have dropped in the recent weeks. All these sneakers have at least two things in common: They’re dope and they’re priced at $120 or under. If you’re ballin’ on a budget, looking for more bang for your buck, or simply love to get sneakers at an affordable price, by all means please continue reading. Below you will find list of 10 sneakers priced at $120 compiled by a party of Juan one. Let me know if you picked up anything from below. Which is the best sneaker on the list?
Nike Cortez Ultra Black / Gold

Bruno Mars wore these during his halftime performance during Super Bowl 50, now you can too! The classic Black and Gold color scheme looks amazing on the shoe, and to make matter even better, the shoe is an Ultra version, which means that it’s created using lighter materials to make it more comfortable than the OG Cortez. Sounds good to me.

adidas Samoa Pigskin Pale Nude

The smooth pigskin suede done in a tonal Pale Nude fashion gives this shoe a premium look and feel. Add in the matching laces and sole unit and you’ve got yourself a good looking shoe that looks more expensive that what it really is. The leather lining and embossed branding is just icing on the cake.

Reebok Workout Low White / Icy

It’s the perfect blend of classic meets modern. The Workout Low remains true to from up top. It’s only when you look at the sole that you see the crisp and clean icy translucent sole unit. Perfect way to keep cool in the Summer.
Price: $75
Nike Sock Dart Racer Blue / Total Crimson

Both of these colorways dropped over the last few weeks. The Nike Sock Dart was kind of hard to pick up last year. It looks like Nike is making them more available this year. Bold in design and color, you really can’t go if you decide to pick up any of the two colors you see above.
Price: $120
Radii The Jax Woven Suede

A woven upper. Wolverine pigskin suede quarter panels. Two sweet colorways to choose from, all while sitting on top of a Cloud 9 infused insole. What’t not to love? If you’re looking for something different this Summer, this low-top is breathable, comfortable and done very nicely.
Price: $80
Nike Air Force 1 Low Black / Yellow

In my opinion, an instant classic colorway on the Air Force 1 Low. Black and Yellow always tend to work well together, and these are no exception. The crisp white midsole unit provides just the right amount of contrast to make this an amazing looking shoe.
Price: $90
Vans Old Skool Lite

I don’t think these have an official nickname, but let’s just call them the “Stars and Stripes”. The textile and denim upper covered in the U.S.A. flag print/pattern is a dope looking sneaker for the Summer, especially the 4th of July. Add in the fact that it’s done on the Lite version of the Old Skool, and you’re not only going to be stylin’, you will do so while being pretty comfortable.
Price: $70
New Balance 574 State Fair Pack

Taking cues from the sights and sounds of carnival attractions, vibrant hues such as Orange, Lime Green and Purple cover the 574’s uppers. With Spring in full effect, and Summer right around the corner, now is the best time to bring out sneakers in this colorway. You can’t go wrong with picking up a New Balance 574.
Price: $80
adidas Originals Stan Smith Mesh

With red hot Summer season only about a month away, adidas decided to exchange the traditional leather construction of the Stan Smith and replace it with a lighter and breathable mesh construction. Coming in White / Teal or White / Dark Blue (not pictured), you’re going to look and feel fresh this Summer.
Price: $85
Nike Dunk High Be True

Quality is on point. It’s nice to see a classic Dunk High colorway make a return in this fashion. Which leads to my next question..Why in the hell are people sleeping on these? The nostalgia is there. The quality looks amazing. I just don’t get it. Don’t sleep on these people, sheesh!
