The Air Jordan 11 ‘Space Jam’ will be the 2016 Christmas release. It appears that Jordan Brand is finally giving the fans what they want while celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Air Jordan 11 and the film.
Air Jordan 11 Space Jam Details
The ‘Space Jam’ Air Jordan 11 was not an original release in 1996, however an extremely limited amount of pairs were produced exclusively for Michael Jordan and the movie ‘Space Jam’ while also wearing them during games. Fast forward to 2000, the brand released the Space Jams for the first time to the public. 9 years later JB would release this pair once again during the Holiday season.
Launching true to form, the ‘Space Jam’ Air Jordan 11 2016 release comes with Black patent leather and mesh through the uppers. Concord lands on the stitched Jumpman while White runs through the midsole. Last but not least, a translucent sole and stitched 23 on the heel completes this pair.

Update: Going by _P02345 on Twitter who is more of a sneaker informant, as stated the 20th anniversary release of the Air Jordan 11 ‘Space Jam’ will be more like Michael Jordan’s PE. The difference between the released version and PE is the use of concord purple on the Jumpman and other accents instead of Varsity Royal. Meaning the 2016 release will be different than the 2009 release.
