In case you have missed all of the many discussions about Jordan Brand’s plans for next year, the Jumpman team will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Air Jordan 1, and based on the rumors that have surfaced so far, it’s going to be a year to remember.
On top of expected drops like the Air Jordan 1 High OG “UNC Reimagined,” the OG Air Jordan 1 High ’85 is due to continue its comeback in 2025. Earlier this year we saw the “Metallic Burgundy” look return and rumored pairs for next year include a “Reverse Shadow” look and the legendary “Bred” flavor. Adding to the list, EldenMonitors has shared a new report that indicates that the “Chicago” colorway will be dropping in its ’85 form in 2025 too. The black, white and red color composition was last spotted in 2022 via the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Lost & Found,” aka “Chicago Reimagined,” pair and is expected to sport the same traditional color blocking this time around too.
At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not yet announced any of its plans for 2025.
