New Balance continues the 992 revival with a fresh “Mushroom” edition under Teddy Santis’ MADE in USA lineup, following a recently revealed “Nimbus Cloud.”
This latest iteration follows Santis’ signature earthy, tonal approach, aligning with recently revealed 997 and 990v6 colorways. The sneaker blends “Mushroom” and “Moonrock” hues, featuring a mix of nubuck, hairy suede and smooth suede overlays on top of a breathable mesh base. Reflective New Balance logos accent the sides, while the cut-out tongue window showcases horizontal lines. While the dominant “Moonrock” grey sets the foundation, the “Mushroom” shade highlights key details on the tongue and heel, adding depth to the design.
