Nike continues to give the “Ultra Flyknit” treatment to more and more of their silhouettes. First it was the Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit which will be followed up the Nike Air Presto Ultra Flyknit that releases next week.

Today we see another Nike sneaker join the Ultra Flyknit party with the Nike Tennis Classic. Yeah I know, it’s not one that you expected. The classic tennis shoe comes built with a new and improved Flyknit upper that is done in Game Royal colorway on the pair that you see pictured above. Leather detailing has also been added on the Swoosh branding and the heel tabs while a White Ultra outsole provides some contrast. Cork insoles add to the premium feel of the shoe.

Available now at select Nike retailers, what are your thoughts on the Nike Tennis Classic Ultra Flyknit? Cop or drop?

Author’s Take

I usually don’t look twice at the Nike Tennis Classic, but this new Ultra Flyknit version definitely gives is a better look. I wonder how the comfort lever is with the new technology and materials.
