To follow-up on our previous coverage just a few days ago, a release date for the Nike Zoom Flight 96 Olympic’s return this year has now been announced.

According to sources, the sneaker is set to arrive on Thursday, July 7th. Showcased above consists of its original counterpart and the forthcoming remastered iteration will be an exact replica, including Penny Hardaway’s #6 stitched on the heel.

Shaded in a popular white/navy colorway, this classic model perfectly coincides with the forthcoming summer 2016 games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
