Following its official reveal, a closer look at the upcoming Packer Shoes x Reebok Phase 1 Pro Corner ’85 is featured, as the model is scheduled to arrive in a couple of more days.

Paying tribute to its trendsetting appealing back in the mid-80s from corners of NYC and other cities, the model’s distinctive makeup is inspired by a mixture of gold jewelry, black leather and reptile skins.

Comprised of premium black garment leather for its upper, a contrasting white croc-embossed leather overlay is applied on the tongue and heel tab for exotic flair, while faux gold accents on the lace tips and lace jewel top off the aesthetic.

All resting atop a versatile gum outsole, you can find a pair at select Reebok accounts this Friday, May 13th for $110.

I’m a fan of the simple design and the theme for this pair is pretty solid. The execution was nicely done and this pair should bring back a lot of memories.
