Forever a classic, the adidas Stan Smith has worked with a wide variety of colorways and variations. One of the latest styles to grace the model is the slip-on adidas Stan Smith Mule. adidas introduced the silhouette in 2021 and now presents it in a nature-inspired look made of vegan materials.
Named the “Plant and Grow,” this colorway features an earthy-brown look that utilizes recycled and vegan materials throughout. First, the upper arrives in a light brown synthetic leather with the Three Stripes in its standard subtle, perforated form. A textile lining in lime green accents the look while its matching sockliner includes a “Plant and Grow” stamp. A darker brown accents the light brown laces and tongue while also hitting the speckled rubber outsole.
While adidas has yet to share a firm release date, retailers such as Asphaltgold are scheduled to drop the adidas Stan Smith Mule “Plant and Grow” starting August 20 at a price of €99 EUR (approx. $101 USD).
In other footwear news, the adidas Gazelle in “Shadow Olive” and “Impact Yellow” is available now.
