Although Nike hasn’t “officially” released the Nike Air More Uptempo White / Varsity Red, there are already a handful of people who have managed to get their hands on a pair. While we wait for a wider release, today we get our latest look of the boldest colorway on Scottie Pippen (un)official shoe.
The shoe starts off with a White leather upper. The White palette is beautifully contrasted by the Varsity Red hits placed on the ‘AIR’ branding on the side panels, which happens to extend all the way to the heel region. The bottom of the ‘AIR’ letters also happen to reach the midsole region, resulting in a larger than life branding hit. Additional red hits found by way of the Nike Swoosh branding can be seen on the midsole, toe and tongue. As stated before , these are beginning to arrive at select Nike stockists, so be on the lookout if you’re aiming for a pair. Is this better than the Black and White OG colorway? Not a big fan of the silhouette, but this colorway definitely pops. The red hits really help accentuate the unique features on the shoe.
